What do a favorite teacher, coach and relative all have in common?

To many of us it is happy memories of
their lives with us.

Five years ago my cousin Ray and I decided to make wine
in the tradition of our Italian Grandfather.

We bought, crushed, pressed, fermented
and bottled California Grapes. During each step of the process we reflected on the times we had with a
grandfather we loved.

We called our wine "Recordare" which in Italian means
"To Remember".

On this Memorial Day, we will remember all of the people who touched our lives.
