1. For waking you up for school (or work for those who are at home). If you are still at home, that's a good enough reason.

2. For welcoming your friends when they needed a home.

3. For all the meals she cooked for you when you didn't show up for dinner.

4. For keeping a secret or two from your Father.

5. For saving your life (when she didn't tell your father about…)

6. For warning you not to bring any undesirables home (hopefully that wasn't me).
